To manage club memberships, visitor tee reservations (via the BRS booking engine), and handicaps under the World Handicap System, we collect:
- Contact information (Name, Email, Phone, Address)
- Date of Birth (to determine age-restricted membership subscriptions)
- WHS Handicap Index and CDH Numbers
- Emergency contact details (specifically for junior players)
3. Sharing of Information
We never sell or distribute your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with national governing bodies (such as England Golf) to facilitate official scoring, handicap rating, and tournament participation under the WHS system.
